- A background check, credit check, proof of income, and references are required.
- The Lessee must provide proof of insurance, including $2,000,000 in legal liability coverage, at the time of lease signing. This policy must be maintained throughout the entire lease term.
- The Lessee must sign and adhere to all current and future building rules and regulations. In the event of any infraction resulting in fines, the Lessee shall be fully responsible for payment.
- Subleasing and short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb) are strictly prohibited.
- It is strictly forbidden to make any changes to the interior or exterior of the rental unit, including painting, without the written consent of the Lessor.
- The unit must be returned in the same condition as at the start of the lease, excluding normal wear and tear.
- The Lessor or their authorized representative is permitted to access the unit at any time during the lease with 24 hours' written notice. In the event of an emergency, access may be granted immediately and without notice.
